All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and your credit card will be billed in New Zealand dollars. If overseas, your credit card provider will convert the amount into your local currency at the current exchange rate plus add any applicable fees or charges.
We accept payment by credit card, direct deposit in our account, cheque or cash. You get to choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process.

Urban Industrial accepts layby sales. A 20% deposit is required and instalments must be paid over six weeks. Once the final payment has been received, goods will be couriered. Goods will be returned to the store if not paid for within six weeks.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with the product you have chosen from Urban Industrial, we will either give you a refund (excluding courier costs) or exchange it, if the items are returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging in order to receive a refund. We are unable to refund items that have been purchased at a discounted price.
Urban Industrial check all products thoroughly before they are sent out. If however you do receive an item that is faulty or damaged we will replace it immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date in order for us to replace the product. If the product is faulty, we will refund or credit the cost of return postage.
Urban Industrial use the DPS Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Other customers of DPS in New Zealand include Air New Zealand, Ticketek, Farmers, House of Travel, Noel Leeming, NZ Post, NZ Herald, The Warehouse and Tower Insurance.
