Is all your stock on the website available to view in store?
Yes, every item we show on our site is available in store.
Why are some items unavailable to purchase online?
Items that are large or difficult to send, such as furniture, can’t be purchased online due to variable freight costs. If you’d like to purchase something large or heavy, please call or visit us for a delivery quote.
Can I view an item before I purchase?
Yes. However please contact us prior so we can have it ready for you to view as not all stock is on our showroom floor
How much do you charge for freight?
Up to a $100.00 - $6.00
Over $100.00 freight free (except of large items such as furniture which will be quoted on a case-by-case basis).
Is everything in store available on your website?
Not always, at Urban Industrial we are always looking to keep the latest trend in store and on-line; but keeping several thousand products on line is not possible. If you don’t see what you’re looking for on our website, please call us on 09 422 3045 and our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
Urban Industrial accepts Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard), Direct Deposit and cash if you decide to collect from the shop.

Is there an Urban Industrial Gift Card?
Yes, we have Gift Cards available in $10, $20, $50 & $100 amounts (or whichever combination you prefer).
What if I receive a product that is damaged?
If you believe there is damage to the products you've ordered, please contact us within 48 hours. It is helpful to us processing your claim if you can send us some pictures showing the damage.
How long will my furniture delivery take?
At the time of purchase, we will let you know approximately when the order will arrive. A member of our team will contact you in advance if the order cannot be delivered in full at the time.
Why is the colour of the product on the website picture different to the product?
All care has been taken to give an accurate representation of the product however individual screen settings can cause then to appear slightly different.
What can I do if my order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe?
If you haven’t received your parcel after the expected delivery time, please check its progress via the tracking link in your order confirmation email. If you can’t find your tracking link or there’s a delay or problem with the shipping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we’d be happy to look into it for you.
Do you deliver internationally?
At this stage we do not offer delivery outside the North and South Islands of New Zealand.
Delivery exclusions include: Stewart Island, The Chattam Islands and the islands of the Hauraki Gulf.
